Etheridge Law Group Completes Sweep of All Three Salesforce IPRs Filed Against WSOU Investments
Recently, Etheridge Law Group defeated the third and final IPR petition filed by Salesforce against WSOU Investments. These wins result in a complete sweep of the three Salesforce IPRs filed against WSOU patents.* WSOU asserted all three patents against Salesforce in the Western District of Texas.
In the denial of the institution for each IPR, the Patent Trials and Appeals Board agreed with Etheridge Law that Salesforce failed to demonstrate a reasonable likelihood of success.
