Etheridge Law Group Defeats ZTE IPR with Across-the-Board Win on All 45 Challenged Claims
Etheridge Law Group, on behalf of WSOU Investments, recently defeated three ZTE entities* in an IPR trial instituted against all 45 claims of US Patent No. 7,203,505 (IPR No. 2021-00698).
The Board instituted trial on the “reasonable likelihood” that petitioner ZTE would prevail on all 45 challenged claims. After briefing and oral argument, however, the Board agreed with Etheridge Law Group that ZTE had not shown any claims are unpatentable.
This win against ZTE follows Etheridge Law Group’s recent sweep of Salesforce’s IPR petitions against WSOU relating to U.S. Patent Nos. 8,209,411, 8,280,928, and 8,369,827.
