The report covers appeals filed over the last five years. In preparing the report, Patexia analyzed surveyed 5,558 lawyers who appeared in 4,363 appeals. On average, each attorney was involved in 4.1 CAFC cases. ELG appeared in 77 cases during that period, was ranked the #1 most active firm representing appellants, and was ranked in the top 25 best performing firms overall.
